First wife leaves husbands house,husband tries to bring her back,she refuses to return,files false dv,husband files divorce on cruelty grounds,wife also files for divorce in her jurisdictions,how to handle such situation.

Both the cases can be transferred to one court, by filing transfer petition. If wife interested to give divorce both can work out settlement, out side the court and opt for divorce, by mutual consent.

Q: Wife living separately for 4 years, how to get divorce granted

I did marriage in 2011 & I am having one son. she left me 4 years over she not coming to my home. she take my son also she tell me I not come to our home so I want divorce plz help me

As you narrated the facts, you may get divorce on ground of desertion and cruelty. You file petition for divorce before the family court and seek for divorce . As far as custody of your son is concerned you may have to file separate petition for seeking the custody of your son under Guardian and Wards Act, before the family Court.

Hi, Need your help. I have a check of 23 Lacs that has bounced with 'Signature differs' and 'Insufficient fund' as the reason given by the bank in Bangalore. I am in the process of filing the Criminal and Civil case. What would be the court fee I need to pay for both cases? Is there a published info on this court fee. Thx

You can file both Civil and criminal cases against the defaulter , professional charges will be normally charged separately, for the court fee you can refer Karnataka Court fee and suit valuation Act.

Q: How to get custody of child age less than 5 in mutual consent divorce?

My husband is having affair with another girl and he and his family members forced me and my son to go out of their house.Having no other alternative I am now staying with my parents in a separate flat. I now wish to take a separation,at the same time wish to keep my four and half years son with me forever,may be with a visiting right of my husband(once in a quarter at best).we both are Hindu by religion.Seek legal advice.

You can seek divorce by mutual consent, if both of you agreed mutually with regard to the custody of minor child, with visiting rights, you can file petition for custody rights through Guardian and wards act.

Your husband cannot desert to marry some one as per law, without going for divorce procedure, if you are sure that your husband is trying to marry some one, you can Lodge police complaint, get your husband arrested on the ground of committing Bigomy and cheating . You can also file suit for Injunction, restraining your husband from illegal marriage.
