Q: How can i legally take action under the circumstances

I got married 14years back and have a child. Got separated with my ex husband with mutual consent without any legal formalities and he got married as well with another lady. Me was in a relationship with a guy younger to me by 3years from past 4years.he promised me marriage and was in touch with me till date and got married with me by tying mangalsutra at home which my friendsare aware off. Now he got engaged with someone and I came to know and he is saying sorry my family will not accept as I have child. Can I file a case as I am cheated in all means he had been asking me to wait till now but now backing off. Please advice

Mam you have been cheated don't worry you are protected by Court of law. Tying of mangal sutra is enough for a Hindu valid marriage. He cannot escape from the clutches of law. if you are bold enough you can either punish him or marry him.

Q: Can lease be renewed even if the landlord does not agree for it

I have taken a individual house for Lease - 2 Yrs agreement(2012 - 2014), property is in a name of XYZ for name sake only, other activities are taken care by her brother ABC.. now By May,2016 we requested to renew the agreement, XYZ not interested in renewing and told us to vacant the house but ABC told us to stay back.. we have spend extra money apart from the lease amount which we have given.. for water facility, i.e new borewell, new motor pump, other expenses which nears upto 80 K in the year 2015.. for which we didnt have any written paper proof only purchase bills is there.. So pls suggest that currently the agreement is finished before 3 year and whether we are in any legal claim from the house owner.. or else what we have to do to in legal to stay in this house..??

You can find a solution only by filing a civil case even though your lease timi has expired. If you possess the valid documents to show your present possession. You can continue staying in the same house without any interference.

Q: Legal action to get maintenance and contest divorce

My husband sent divorce notice but it disposed by court. In this notice, he mentioned his salary three lack and forty five thousand, but his net salary 25,000 only. He is doing business and several employees working under him. I am unemployed. Court ordered to pay the maintenance amount 25,000 per month. Can I appeal it or not? If I applied how long it will take to get maintenance order? Now, my husband applied divorce case to high court. I am not willing to give divorce.What can be the legal recourse against this?

You can file appeal against the earlier order even if husband has applied for divorce you can c lol aim enhanced maintenance from him.the possibilities are more earlier the steps taken by the wife.wife has wider remedy.
