Q: Dowry and DV case registered against my tauji in different city of UP.

Posting on behalf of my tau ji. My in laws filed 498 a case against my me and including my tauji and my wife filed DV case including him in different city of UP.Police removed his name from chargesheet as he never resided with us. I want to know what cases he can file against my father in law and wife in varanasi which cannot be transferred

Q: Regarding misuse of legal heir certificate or succession certificate

This is regarding documentations and the process of legal heir certificate for the disbursal of all the assets and liabilities of class 1 officer, late Col Syed Ishrat Hussain. So, being deceased legal heirs we are forced to send self attested and E Adhar of all the members belongs to my family by my Paternal Uncle and family but we are not aware of any such deposits in deceased bank account or any where else, earlier they informed us about some decent amount and now said nil

Q: Filing for divorce without consent of wife

HiI got married in oct 2021, from the day 1 me and my wife are fighting and this marriage is getting worst day by day.Recently We had a child January this year but now she is living in her mother's hometown in Bihar and doesn't want to live with me.She is not letting me meet the child.I had enough for more than 2 years divorce is the only solution as I cannot compromise everything.I am currently living in ChennaiMy hometown and permanent address Lucknow Place of marriage - Ghaziabad

crulty, बिना किसी कारण के आप की पत्नी का आप से अलग होने के लिये आप जिला न्यायलय की फॅमिली कोर्ट मै तलाक का मुकदमा दायर कर सकते है। मुख्य कारण मानसिक और शारीरिक शोषण और पति से अलग होना का कोई स्पष्ट कारण नहीं है

If any MOU is signed on stamp paper that dowry neither taken nor demanded then can it debbared to file cases again in future

कोर्ट मै परिस्थिति पर निर्भर करेगा और आप के द्वारा नियुक्त वकील साहब पर। क्योंकि इस डॉक्यूमेंट का कोई ज्यादा प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा, बल्कि इस ये यह ज्यादा मना जायेगा कि दहेज कि मांग होती थी। क्योंकि इस प्रकार के लिए के दस्तावेज हमेशा-हमेशा कोर्ट अपनी उपद्धारणा करती है कि डॉक्यूमेंट जबरदस्ती में लिखवाए गए होंगे

Q: After 482 Order What Needs To Be Done as 498a Compromised

My wife filed the 498a,405,506,125 in 2016 in Alaigarh, so i applied for quashing under 482 for my parents in Allahabad high court. while compromise was made in 2017 and I brought back my wife in 2017 she took all cases back since than she is living with me now the 482 ordered from Allahabad high court. What is the importance of it and what i need to do further as my lawyer has advised that appear in Aligarh court and submit the order. I want ro know if wife file all the cases again what can be the outcome of it.

आपकी पत्नी के द्वारा डाले गए दहेज से संबंधित हार्दिक खर्चे से संबंधित डॉमेस्टिक वायलेंस के मुकदमें आज की डेट में नियमित अलीगढ़ कोर्ट में चले जैसे कि आपके द्वारा बता गया 482 में सिर्फ हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा उनके शो को आप को एस कर सकते हो लेकिन वह चीजें आपको कोर्ट में सिद्ध करनी पड़ती है कि आप दोनों के पक्षों के बीच में उस समय समझौता कोर्ट के माध्यम से ही होना चाहिए कोर्ट के बाहर के समझौते कभी भी हाइ कोर्ट नहीं मानती है।
