once the judgement was passed then you can also get a certified copy of that judgement from the court of depositing necessary charges of copy, only you have to know your case number & judgement date & make an application for certified copy of judgement.



Q: Builder forcing to take possession of flat without electricity meter

Builder is asking me to take possession of the flat without an electricity meter as he says there is a shortage of electric meters. He is providing electricity by asking me to pay a fixed amount every month. Is this legal?

kindly take a look of your agreement if there was a mentioned that the flat delivered to you with all amenities like electricity, water connection & for that he take consideration then in that case the said builder was not liable to take such amounts.



Q: Wife is educated can she claim maintenance

Dear Sir, I got married in May 2015. my wife deserted me six month back when she was 2 months pregnant. Inspite of 2-3 round of negotiations, she is not ready to come back. She sent me legal notice through her advocate wherein she is asking for maintainance & divorce. Yes she is entitled to get maintenance from you even she is educated women but she is not entitled too much maintenance from you. The quantum of maintenance is depends upon circumstances and courts discretion and also depends what is your earning position.

According to current position of Hindu succession law the daughter is also treated as a coparsner and she is entitled to get equal share in ancestral property now there is no matter whether she is married or not or whether father is leaving or died
