My grandmother wants to gift me some property (land ). She is quite old 92 yrs old at her will. What is the procedure of gift deed?Can some fraud person cancil the gift deed of my grandmother to myself. What are the circumstances of cancellation of gift deed? Please reply...

Advise -1) You may visit at your local jurisdictional registry office where gift sale deed will be registered. 2) Only competent person can make registry as law says. 3) Fraud gift registry has no legal value. 4) In this connection pl contact your local Civil Advocate who will guide you.

Q: How to resolve land dispute

I have my land registered in my name 3 years back. I once started to build boundary wall but the adjacent neighbour has issues with it. They claim that they have 5 feet land towards us but i have fool proof registered the deed of land in my name.If i ask for the papers they don't produce and the matters ends up physically most of the time. There has been a lot of physical fight many times and the situation is a stalemate. How can i legally get help of goverment body who can legally in their presence help me constructing. I am ready to produce my all documents. How is it possible to fullfill my requirements. The land is in patna, bihar.

Solution of problem is that first you may made demarcation of land by sarkari amin and prepare Nazri Naksha and find out whether you are in real possession.If you are correct then go to Civil Court or contact in my office.

Q: How to get original agreement papers of land they were stolen before

Dear sir , i live in patna and my hometownin madhuwani ,actully my mother know where my land is presnt in my village but we have not orginal paper because someone theft it, please tell me how can get my orginal paper of land, please help me sir on this topic

In initial stage you may visit your plot with local Amin with land Naksha and see plot(Khesra) number. Then contact your local Anchal Office with Karamchari(Land Recod Officer) and obtain Khata number availale with him. Then apply for Khatiyan to District Collector and obtain khatiyan certified copy. In case of sale deed or agreement documents , see the year of registration and then apply to Sub Registrar of Registry office of jurisdiction.In case of any problem contact my office.

Q: How to go about enforcing gifted property

I came to know about the above problem after 45yrs because the documents was hided by my uncle.My parent is alive.The same property is claiming by my another brother who's name is also different. Please reply

Following action is required now from your side :- 1) First of all you may identify your land property(plot) by visiting with local Amin with surveyed Naksha available with him and note the khesra numbers and then 2) contact land revenue karamchari at your Anchal office and take Khata number of that plot, mutation number if any made by in the name of your family and 3) obtain Khatiyan from Collectoriate office of your District and then4) obtain paka nakal of sale deed from your registry office. This is your basic documents.Pls contact in my office.
