Q: Can two cases be clubbed together u/s 219 of CrPc

Wheather club two cases under crpc 219 section 1. First case register 23-12-2013, under 498A, 506 trial by j.m.f.c 2. Second register 20-7-2014 under 306 section by trial session court My Question is can two cases club or not under 219 crpc bcoz both cases within one year

Yes same can be club together under the provision of 219 "When a person is accused of more offences than one of the same kind committed within the space of twelve months from the first to the last of such offences, whether in respect of the same person or not, he may be charged with, and tried at one trial for, any number of them not exceeding three"

Q: Husband filing for divorce on the basis of my past life, Is it valid

Husband filing for divorce basis on wife past life... Can he get divorced on ground of my past life... I was about to get married to a man... We shared semi nude pics... He mis used those pics for black mailing me n my husband after my marriage... This is my second marriage... Pls help

This is not a ground for seeking the divorce, and you may also file the criminal complain against the person before the police station, who is started black mailiing you. under the various section of Indian penal code and it Act.

Q: FIR filed by municipal corporation for cutting 2 extra trees

I had taken permission to cut 7 trees from municipal corporation. i myself cut 3 trees and other trees were cut by the workers. Total 9 trees are cut means 2 trees extra. Municipal Corporation has lodged an FIR against me under Maharashtra Urban Area Preservation of Trees Act 1975 under section 8(1) and 20(C). 2 extra trees which were cut are not too big. one is supari and one is coconut tree. our local corporator raised complain against me because my wife has lodged an FIR against him under section 354(A) couple of months ago. Kindly suggest how to come out of this. i have already taken bail but how to get clean chit?

Get me the FIR copy and the permission Letter approved by the BMC. let discuess... there are provision for discharge will approch the court for discharge.further there are other remedi available but the same is depend upon the charge which is framed in the FIR,,,

Is marriage certificate that necessary for divorce ?Evidences like photographs,marriage bureau approval,or witness who were present in marriage cannot help in taking divorce?

You will only have to prove that you were married with that partner further it may be witness of marriage cards, marriage video, marriage photograph can be sufficient evidence to prove your marriage in order to take divorce.

Q: Girlfriend got married to another guy - how can she get divorce

Hello All I was in a relationship with my girlfriend for last 5 years. I went abroad for 2 weeks and her parents engaged her with another guy. I came back and asked her to call off the mairrage but because of all the parental and society pressure, she couldn't call it off. Finally she married and told most of things to that guy whom she married and she still want to be back with me. Is there any way to nullyfy the mairrage immediately..say within weeks or months as this mairrage is not yet registered nor they had any sexual activities.

Yes there is a way but in that case need to known her date of birth further if she has not completed her age of majority then in that case this marriage can be nullified if not she has to file divorce petition with the reasons for divorce.
