Advocate Rajiv Ranjan

Advocate Rajiv Ranjan has been practicing since 2001 in the Supreme Court of India, High Court Of Delhi, district courts of Delhi & NCR, debt recovery tribunal and its appellate body, national consumer forum, state consumer forum, district forum and other judicial and quasi judicial bodies. His area of practice broadly include banking and finance where he handled matters related to Banking & Financial Institutions, both in the corporate and litigation, domestic as well as overseas banks. Among other things, he has also serviced in matters related to Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, DRT, Negotiable, Insurance, Recovery, etc. In Litigation and Arbitration he represented various corporate & individual clients in civil, corporate and criminal matters in High Courts, National Commission, State Commission, District Consumer Forums, District Courts, SDM Courts, DRT, Appellate Tribunal, and Arbitral Tribunals etc.

Advocate Rajiv has also handled cases relating to bonds, guarantees, contracts, real estate, recovery and wide range of commercial litigation and arbitrations and has advised, acted and litigated on behalf of clients in relation to civil laws, commercial and financial laws, constitutional laws, consumer protection, labour and employment laws, debt recovery, environment protection, pollution control, real estate and so on. Under property related matters, he has been providing services for property transaction which includes title investigation, purchase, sale and development of real estate for commercial and residential projects.

He has made appearances before the High Courts, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals, Consumer Forums (State & District), SDM Courts and before other various Tribunals and Authorities and has been actively involved in Drafting of Plaints, Written Statements, Appeals (Civil & Criminal), Revision Petitions (Civil & Criminal), Review Petitions, Quashing Petitions, Claims, Counter Claims, Complaints and other various types of petitions and applications in different types of cases. Preparation and vetting of various agreements including Transfer Pricing Agreement, Supply Agreement, etc.

Advocate Rajiv enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2001. He is a member of the Delhi Bar Association.
