Q: Where to get my order sheet from for a case

To get the order sheet you will have to file an application for certified copy. You will have to be identified by an advocate, otherwise you wont get certified copy of the order sheet. If you have already appeared in the case then your advocate can give an application for certified copy of the order sheet.

Q: Procedure to take action for cheque bounce due to insufficient funds

I had given money to a person and he has given me posted cheques. When I produced the cheque to recover my money. The cheque bounced with insufficient funds. I want to file a case and recover my money now. How long will it take in the court for settlement.

It cannot be said that how long court will take for settlement. It depends on the pending cases in the court. If court is rush it may take time, if not then it may take less time to dispose the case.Before filing the case u/s 138 of NI act procedure has to follow, if not case will be dismissed.

Q: Rights of a son in his mothers property

My father made house WILL from his name to my mother name .I have one younger sister and I am demanding my mother to divide the property to my sister and me. But my mother don't want give me property and want to give full property to sister. Can I go legally and get property share. My father got property from his grand father as WILL. And my father support to me.

If it was your grand father's self acquired property and your father that property thru., will then it amounts to your father's self acquired property. Your father has got right to transfer it to anybody thru., any means. By virtue of will your mother has become the absolute owner of the house, so she can give it to your sister. You cannot claim share in that house

Q: Registered POA in husband's name to complete registration formalities

Me and my husband jointly own an apartment. I want to give POA to my husband for completing property registration formalities, as I am travelling out of country. Do we need to get power of attorney registered or notarised document will be sufficient?

In view of the supreme court decision regs POA is necessary for property registration. Notarised POA is not valid. If you want to transfer your share to your husband you can go for regd rights relinquish in favour of him deed or if you and your husband wants to sell the property then Regd POA is necessary

Q: GPA through I can get gift deed as self acquired

Sir I hv purchased sites in1987 trough unregistar GPA ,NW I'm taking from my mother by gift deed as self acquired property it is correct

your question is not clear. You have said you have purchased sites thru., unregd. gpa holder and again you have said now you are taking from your mother by gift deed. It is not clear in whose name sites purchased and which property you taking a gift from your mother.
