Q: Company is not paying salary what action can I take

I have not been paid for my work since i joined in organisation, they have shifted there office without prior information, they have blocked my number. how should i approach Legally

File a recovery suit against them, trace their contact details online. We need proof of your employment like joining letter or email communication with respect to the same. Send a legal notice to them there is fare chance of settlement once you initiate the matter legally with the professional engagement of a lawyer.

Q: Previous employer asking money from new job salary as per bond signed

Sister was training with global solution. She signed a bond with previous employer on Rs. 100 bond paper. On the bond the it is written that global solution will train her 1 year and as per bond she has to for coming 3 years after training on joining any new company she has to pay 30% of the salary. Now the she got a job with L and T. L and T on background check, the previous employer gave verification for 2 projects but now on 3rd project the previous employer is asking for money now to give verification. Is she liable to pay or not?

If it is through process of law then she is liable to pay, otherwise she could send a request email to the employer and settle it mutually, in case of refusal the said fact should be disclosed to the present employer to gain confidence over negative reports of earlier employer.

Q: In laws harassing me for dowry what action can I take?

I've filed domestic violence case against my in-laws as they tortured me a lot for dowry and threw me out of their home meanwhile they filed divorce case against me with false allegations on my character etc.My all dowry in their possession so how can I get it soon as thy r using my all things cosmetics to jewelry. I don't want thm to use my things at all and wat wil b case status if I don't agree for divorce.I want to live wid my husband as its not my fault if he is greedy so y I pay for his greed and evil thots,his family also HV dirty thots about girls.This all bcoz of his illiterate mother

File a complaint against husband and each family member at crime against women cell of your area for all atrocities and cruelities, register an FIR U/s 498A IPC. There is no use to continue such relationship, settle it in monetary terms and start your life afresh.

Q: Wife filed false case of domestic violence and accusing me impotent

Married in 2013. After 11 months wife stopped staying with me. then i filed for restitution for conjugal rights but i exchange she filed divorce, maintenance and domestic violence case. We tried to get her to mediation but she did not turn up and asked for potency test against me. What can i do now?
