Q: Money paid to buy flat 5 years back, Only proof is bank statement

We have paid 45 lacks by bandk transfer to builder 5-6 years back against flat, but flat registration did not happen and we don't have any flat documentation other than Receipts from builder mentioning flat name.No construction progress has been made on that land from last 5- years and builders not responding at all, What are my legal options to recove money back from builder.My sister also paid 35 lacks and my father paid 55 lacks to same buider.Total 1 Cr 35 lacks at stake. We really need money back. Need legal advice what steps to take to recover money.

What I had understood from your query is.. You paid money to builder but even after paying money you didn't got your flat..Such conduct Of builder amounts to cheating, so collect all the documents whatever you have with you in concern with transaction of money from your bank account to builder bank account and filed the criminal case against builder u/s 420 of ipc or you can even go civil suit for recovery of money.

Q: Fraud property delaer who denied to return money

The person who is real estate and housing property broker took money from us on the basis of booking amount in 2016. And didnt make our deal for the same property and denied to return back money to us.Accordingly one legal notice we gave to him but he did not took any action over it.ow what step we take?

collect all the paper document of the dealing done with the broker. if if money is paid through cheque or through neft, rtgs instead of cash, then will be easier for to file criminal case against broker.. You can even file civil case against for recovery of amount but this will take some time..

Q: My girlfriends mother filed a case on me under section 354 107

How can i get out of this as its 3rd partie case the victim didn't stated anything yet against

you are not mention the age of victim. age of victim is less than 18 years that she is minor then the mother of victim can file criminal case against you in this case only one option available to you go for anticipatory bail because punishment under section 354 is very Harsh.

Hindu Sisters staying together have indl property and assets as well as one common inherited property. They wish to pass both indl created as well as inheritated properties to remaining sisters if any of them's death and finally after death of all to pass it on to one single relative. Q: I want file divorce against my husband on the mental harresrment

Hello Sir,Myself Manisha, I have married in 2017 and I have one child as girl.I'm happy starting 2 months of marriage but after that my in laws behaviour change towards me ,my mom-inlaw always starting argument on small things in home .In this four years of marriage mostly I have stay with my own family ,their was a time when My mom in law and i have verbal argument with me , which leads I left my husband home.Husband clear mentioned I have no love for you and my relationship with him is not like other normal husband wife couple( such as going for dinner , wishing on anniversary , physical bond and mental bond ).He very bad alcoholic and cigarette in nature.There was lot incident where I have cried throughout night and day because of my husband and my mother in law Behaviour.Husband behaviour towards me leads to feeling lonely & I feel like betrayed me because he always said I have no love for you . what I have understood from your query you are moving from a very critical situation neither of mother in law know your husband have any emotion and love for you in this case there is no use to continue your marriage . but still I prefer to say file divorce petition only when you observe there is no chance of any improvement in behaviour your husband meanwhile you can also go for domestic violence case against your husband and mother in law and seek good relief of maintenance and a shelter for you thanks a lot
