Q: case of ipc section 302 bail granted now what will happen

Hum 5 friends holi wale din cannel per gaye the ghumne waha hum sabne beer pi jisme se 2 friend bath lene chale gaye the jinme se 1 doob gaya humne tabhi police or unke family members ko call karke sab bta diya..Uske bad us friend ki wife ne hum 4 friends per FIR lodge kara di jisme hum doshi btate hue IPC section 302 lgwa di hum sbke bayan or postmartem report dekhne ke bad hume bond bail per chhod diya gaya hai please bataye is case me aage or kya ho sakta hai...Thankyou

Hello Mr.,The FIR lodged against you by the wife of deceased was the primary step of the case. You need to hire a good lawyer to make sure that your defense has properly been explained to the Court. Q: Cheque bounce & phone tapping threat what action can be taken

My father went missing on Dec 1, 2015. I lodged a missing complaint on Dec 2, 2015. After a few days, it came to my knowledge that he has borrowed money from a neighbor(illegal moneylender) and gave cheques in that context. Now after approximately 7 months, he is threatening us(me, mother & sister) that we are hiding the truth and he has tapped all phone conversation & it has been recorded(via Tapping). He is threatening us sue case for cheating along with the cheque bounce case. What steps should I take ?

Hello,Do not worry, he can not recover your father's liability from you in any illegal manner. File a police complaint regarding the threatenig against the money lander. Tapping can only be done by police that too with court orders. In case you need support you can call me.Thanks

Dear Sir, I have issue an cheque and its bounce with signature mismatch reason and party drop a legal notice to me so how i can reply party notice.he issue notice without any bouncing information.

Hello,If you wish to make payment then just send them any kind of written information and make the payment . If you have any dispute then make a proper reply by taking help of an advocate and send it to the opposite party. Do not ignore to reply legal notice.Thanks

Q: I paid 70k to my friend before 3 yrs now need to recover

Dear Sir/ma'm I was working in Qatar in 2012-2013. One of my colleague ask me some help of money. He left job from there and came back to Orrisa, India. Then I paid him to INR 68000/ in his wife's account though money transfer agency. He promises to pay back with three months byt till now I did not get any money. He promises to provide me a new job in another country through his known job consultant also. now he and his wife both are not taking my call and not replying my mails and messages. I have proof of transferred amount, please help me to know that how can I recover my money.

You have made the transaction in a legal way and as you said that you have the proof of transferred amount, this will surely help you to get your amount recovered. It is better for you to move to court by filing a recovery suit before it gets too late to file as there is limitation on civil suit as well.

Q: Not received any refund from the company paid for acquiring Franchise

I paid 14.5 lakh to franchise owner for acquiring franchise but due to some reasons we mutually cancelled the agreement. This raised the refund request in form of credit note mentioning the refund amount along with date on company letter head along with signature and sign. The due date is over now and still i have not received money and he took 6 month time to refund the money. What action i can take which can get money as soon as possible.?

You made an agreement which was legal and similarly you cancelled it with mutual understanding. If you have proper receipt or proof of the money paid, than you can proceed with a recovery suit of your paid amount and ask for the bank interest as well.
