Q: House give to govt. employee is already in possession by someone else

Advocate Rachit Devgun answered
Please write an application to the concerned department against that persona and mention everything once the house is allotted to your father then that person is illegal occupant or trespasser. So that they can do the needful for vacating the house from that person. Moreover what are the grounds for the suspension. There must be some solid grounds for suspending someone.
