Q: Fixed Interest Investment agreement for a business

Hi I want to invest in my friend business where he promised a fixed interest as a minimum profit and max profit as per partnership profit and the principle investment is protected and can be exited when I want to , can we make legal agreement like this in accordance with the Indian law

Q: My advocate is not responding to us even after judgment has been given

Dear sir, My advocate had filed a case under motor vehicles act against a insurance company for claim of insured amount in krishnagiri court(2010) which the court gave a judgement behalf on our side on 2015 for insured amount but the key problem is my advocate on purpose as mentioned on the record saying that i was dead in that accident, because of this the claimed amount was stuck in court and my advocate has no knowledge how to release the claimed amount from the court since 5 years.
