Q: Want to punish husband and the person with whom he is having affair

From 6 months my husband is having an affair we are having argument daily on this topic. But he always denies and says that it's all in ur mind but when I did some research in his phone I can see he used text him and they have also met many times in my absence. And all of his friends knew that he is having a gf who is also a married woman and has 2 kids I too have 2 kids and all this months he has tortured me very heavily through his words and even by beating me and he is so Cruel that he beat his own child. He always gets angry whenever I ask him about that lady.can u tell me how to punish my husband and that lady?

Q: Husband and wife seperated for few years what are reasons for divorce

Me and my husband both are seperated from last few years. We are from pune . somehow i got job in Mumbai in 2018 and from that time we are seperated. Husband never came to meet me. no contact no messages.he not even talk about divorce.is this mental cruelty?Can i file divorce on this basis? what ae possible reason for divorce on this? is it contested divorce? i am living with daughter how to claim maintenance in this case?

Q: I want file divorce against my husband on the mental harresrment

Hello Sir,Myself Manisha, I have married in 2017 and I have one child as girl.I'm happy starting 2 months of marriage but after that my in laws behaviour change towards me ,my mom-inlaw always starting argument on small things in home .In this four years of marriage mostly I have stay with my own family ,their was a time when My mom in law and i have verbal argument with me , which leads I left my husband home.Husband clear mentioned I have no love for you and my relationship with him is not like other normal husband wife couple( such as going for dinner , wishing on anniversary , physical bond and mental bond ).He very bad alcoholic and cigarette in nature.There was lot incident where I have cried throughout night and day because of my husband and my mother in law Behaviour.Husband behaviour towards me leads to feeling lonely & I feel like betrayed me because he always said I have no love for you . I'm feeling like suffocation in this relationship and mental Harresrment by mominlaw
