Q: Still haven't received any information for recruitment what to do

Respected sir/mam we 300 candidates were selected in a central recuritment. Final result was declared 6 month ago by the department. the selected candidates have not received any intimation about the further process such as document verification and joining.Several phone calls and visits to headquarters have not yielded any results. please tell me 1. After how much time we can take a legal action related to this problem in CAT. 2. Any other option to get solve this problem. 3. Can the department cancel this recuritment after 6 month of result declaration...if they cancel,what action should we take?? 4. is there is any time limit in which any central recuritment body can cancel their result???? thank you so much in advance.

hello....as per your query it is difficult to tell you that whether the department would cancel your recruitment or not ? but even if they do so they give the notification and reason for the same. but till now you people have not received anything regarding cancellation of recruitment right? for more details of your result you go with the RIGHT TO INFORMATION Act. After sending application to RTI within the 30 to 45 days after application to RTI you will be able to know status of your result. if something happens against your result or if your recruitment is cancelled we can go for legal action. so for the time you try to get all the details through RTI. and f u need any help call me.



Q: Got suspended on a complaint done by female employee

Incident details:- 1. I am working in this company since last 2 years. 2.One new girl came 1 month back. 3. I had formal conversation with her. 4.I asked her for coffee. 5.We had coffee together. 6.started chat on whatsapp. 7.I asked her if she has boyfriend. 8.She said yes and asked not to call her anymore. 9.She next day complaint to manger that i am misbehaving. 10. I said sorry . 11. next day i saw her in lift so asked her why she did this why she is feeling insecure. 12. She didnt gave proper response and again complaint manager and he complaint HR. 13. She says I followed her 2 times.- that is not true(my shift is 7am -4pm and that day i had meeting with one person in london via internet so that meeting lasts till 6pm and then i went to bus stop to catch bus and go home.there was big jam outside hub mall goregaon so i came back and took rest in rest room and wake up at 10:30 and get out of rest room and went to lift and girl came in and I just offer friendship. She complainted and I got suspended

you can take a legal action against her for defaming you with false allegations and even you can go for compensation from your employer by taking action against your employer for illegal suspension without even detailed enquiry of the incidence and without warning.



Q: What action can i take against professor if he is harassing

Need to file a case against an engineering college of Mumbai university, two professors and an head of department for harassing with foul language by a female professor, misguiding in the matter of attendance, favoring other students, deliberately deleting name from internal exams and causing loss of two years. Need justice to complete engineering. Need help ??

You can file complaint against staff of your college for harassing, defaming you. It's completely violation of your rights if they are deleting your name from internal exams etc. If you have any body/office in your college who looks for the student rights you can complaint to them or you can take legal action against them also. Q: Harassment by employer and asking to pay bond amount

I started working at a small private firm as a fresher for a salary Rs. 15,000. I have completed 5 months and my bond is of 1 year. I have resigned and the employer is asking me for bond money Rs. 1,08,000. He has not cleared my 2 months salary and has a deposit of Rs. 12,000. We have not been assigned roles and responsibilities for this job and are made to do work from SEO to Telecalling. Now he is threatning me of legal action. Please let me know what he can do ?

Hello...As per the provision of breach of contract , your employer can file a complaint against you for breach of contract and non payment of the value which may be mentioned in the said contract or the amount you mentioned. But if you have valid reasons why you have left the job and proofs for the same then u can sue him for the false appointment and non payment of your 2 months salary and also for compensation. Q: Can the visit of abusive father to child be controlled

If father is abusive, cruel and has a record of domestic violence, is he still permitted to visit the child under mother's custody? What if mother doesn't want the child to meet his father at all? If mother is not permitted so, then can the visitation by father to child be controlled so that he is not allowed for visit too frequently?

Hi dear...As per the law every father has right to meet his child who is in mothers custody. If father of your child is abusive, cruel...and harming your child you can make a complaint against him. It can be possible that the number of meetings of both can be minimize and gap duration between two meetings can be maximize.
