Q: To change my cast form hindu agri to hindu maratha

I want marry with other cast boy... But our parents can not accept our marriage because our cast is different. We both wants marry with each other...... But we don't want heart our parents.... Can I change my cast

no cast never be changed. but can change your religion. after marriage the wife automatic got her husband's cast. in hindu religion we cannot change our cast. the cast we got by birth in Hindu religion that's why we can't change our cast.



Q: Regarding Remarriage with accused person

Dear Sir/Madam, One of my female divorcee relative seeks to remarry with a person who is charged with IPC u/s 498A,306,323,506,504 and 34 he is released on bail in 2017. Accused person is state government employee of Maharashtra. The case is on charge stage. Please suggest is it safe to marry with such person.

No, because this situation is not divorce of accused person of he tries to remarry its become offence and his job also comes in to danger so it is not safe situation to marry to both. if you want to remarriage frist you should have divorce and the accused person can file a separate divorce petition against his wife.



Q: Employer not giving relieving letter

Hi, My employer do not reliving me before complete the notice periods of 60 days, I am also ready to pay for remaining notice periods which I will not complete. I want to relieve within 19 days notice period and remaining days I will pay by cheque, but still they will not allow to reliving me. So please help me what should I do? I need to join another company after 20 days. I am stuck now. Please help me..... Thanks,

If you are mention your notice period in your resume then the new employer must wait for the notice period your last employer can't help you because every company has rules and according to rules the employer can't relive you till the notice period.



Q: Can brother claim a share in NRI brother's self acquired property

Being an NRI i bought a land in Pune in 1997 and paid payment via bank transfers.Out of love n affection and some rules for NRIs i made my Grandfather,father,young brother and 2 sisters as Joint holders.Now Young brother has sent me a legal notice for his share and apart from this he wants share in father/grandfather share.I am very tensed and cant expect this from my brother.plz advise what can be done.Thanks
