Yes you can get your stuffs back, but for that you have to make application before the hon'ble court in the same which is filed by you for divorce. If your application is allowed by court then you will get your stuffs.

File police complaint against him and ask your wife to file domestic violence case against him where you can get protection order from Court, and also you can pray for restraining him from entering into the house.
Q: Want to get divorced and get married to another girl what can be done
i am married person but i am love with some other girl and want to marry her but my wife is not ready to give divorce.. she filed twice against me and now parents comes and harass me to keep relation with wife and leave that girl. which is not possible.. please help me in this regards

If you are married for more than one year then only you can file for divorce though you and your wife staying under same roof and the First thing you need to do is to file divorce case in court, and when the notice will be served to your wife then during counseling your matter may get compromised and if not then to contest the matter on merit .Don't get married to any other girl till you get divorce from your first wife as that marriage will be void. So the only option you have , is to file divorce case , as after coming to court your wife may get ready to take divorce by mutual consent.

How can I file divorce. I m working on cruiseship. and during this vacation I need to get this done. How long it will take. and still I can go back to work abroad while my divorce case is going on. and On bases I can file divorce If my husband refuse to divorce still I can get Divorce. Yes definitely you can file for divorce and still you can continue with your job. It is not necessary for you to be present on each and every date of the court proceedings. I suggest you to file for divorce and try to solve your matter by counseling in court and if not solved in counselling then also you can get divorce on merit if you have . If your husband get ready for mutual divorce then well and good and if not then also you don't have to worry and to continue with your matter in Court.
