Q: It is possible to start product based partnership

I m doing a startup where i m going to hold company's full equity but i also want to launch a product in which i need to allot partnership to other guys. is it possible that a company can allot partnership to some in the particular product instead of giving partnership in company. if yes and what are the pros and cons. please explain and waiting for reply.. thanks in advance

Q: Procedure to start a foundation for research centre with crowdfunding

Sir, I've develop an algorithm as a computer program to start a crowdfunding in India like "5DollarGem". Please refer https://5dollargem.com/about-us This is based on money return. i.e. if a member give 300Rs. he will get 600Rs by referring 5 people. This concept has already been running in our country. But I'd like to start this concept for a foundation for research centre which I have to start in our region. The main thought is that talented people and students in research field to be encouraged and motivated by giving us a platform and opportunity. Please kindly give me an advice for me

Q: Anullment of forcefully marriage as did not stay even for a single day

My sister got married 6 months ago,on 15th day of marriage we cancelled the ragistration from ghaziabad tehsil. But she got married in arya samaj mandir too,she didnt stay with him for even a single day. How to null this marriage. They both are from agra(U.P) but got married in Noida(U.P) and ragistered in Ghaziabad(U.P). His family is threatning us daily and demanding money to null the marriage. Wot should i do now? Is there any way to null this marriage? If yes then what is the procedure and how much time it'll take? Do we have to involve police in this matter? Please help

Q: What license is required to start a website providing security guards

Hi, I want to start a website which will provide security guards online and money will be paid on website itself. For that I have agreement with security guard providing companies & will provide their company data which will be shown in the website which customer can view and select appropriate company security guard matching his requirement. My question is for launching this website do I have to take any license or because its related to security service providing do I have to take any specific licences.

Dear sir, if you are an aggregator then you are required to only do basic compliance in terms of setting up your business. Q: Can we list the fabric as ours on our product description

Hi, We sell stitched shirt. As of now we buy fabric from retailers , stitch it and then send it to the customer. The final shirt is under our brand name but we use fabrics from Arvind/raymonds. My question is can we list the fabric as 'Arvind/Raymonds' on our product description without their permission as we are not authorised retailers. We don't sell their fabrics directly but use it as raw materials for our product.

Dear sir,If you are selling the product under your brand name then you can't use the name of other brands. Secondly if you intend to sell third party brands fabric then you need to get into an agreement wd them. However second way is if u are selling products of various other retailers online under your brand then those retailers should have exclusive licence to sell and market the product of third party brands.As their can be many possibilities, however only after understanding your business model, I shall be able to advice you.Regards,Pragya Wazir
