Q: Married daughters right in father's self earned property

Dear experts,My father died intestate leaving the self aquired house in which me, my mother and younger brother resides. My two elder sisters are married. I just want to check whether they have any right on the house as per Hindu Succession Act

If your father died intestate and there is no will then your sisters have equal right in the property. one share of each brother and sister and one share of your mother i.e., the property has to be equally divided to you, your brother, mother and two sisters. There will be five equal shares.

Q: Validity of a pending case after SC Judgement nullifying it.

As IT act section 66a has been struck down by SC . What to do in scenario of pending case in lower court and lower court is not taking note of it. Advice me with a suggestion which is low in cost

You can download the Supreme court Judgement and give it to the judge in lower court. He is bound to accept that. There is no question he can avoids it. If you submit a judgement of supreme court or high court in a trial court, the judge is bound to accept that.

Q: consent to become mother legal or not at age of 17

I'm 18 years old and my girlfriend is 17. if she is pregnant. What can happen in legal circumstances and she gives her consent to do so and i don't know what to do

It is illegal to become a mother at the age of 17. Try to avoid this situation and wait till you are 22 and your partner is 18 otherwise you will land up in problem. She cannot give consent against the law of the land. The

There is no divorce like one side divorce. You can get rid of your lawyer if you are not satisfied with his work . Case has to be studied before advising you anything. Did you ;lodge any complaint with the women cell also.

We did court marriage that none of our family members witnessed and nobody knows about it. Lived with our families separately. After 1 year we did hindu marriage that everyone knows about. It's been more than 2 years he is in jail under severe charges of murder, kidnapping, fraud, theft. I lost that marriage certificate. I want divorce. I am seeking on the basis of hindu marriage. Can he use our court marriage against me? I don't want to expose my court marriage. Please don't publish my query.

You need to come and meet with prior appointment to discuss in detail with all relevant papers. If you have lost papers, you must be remembering the date of your marriage. If the date is known, it can be traced.
