Q: Got exparte divorce , can I claim compensation for my 12 year child

I have already got ex party divorce from my husband as he did not appered in court for any argument. My divource is without any compensation. My child is 12 yrs old ,can i claim for his compensation. Currentl my husband left the job, but he is from i well established family lives with his parents . Do my child have any hak on his grandfather property .

yes. yours child has right to parental property.for that u have to file civil suit in civil court.as for as compensation is concern u can file application under section 125 cr. pc behalf u child in family court.

Q: Changing of lawyer in between the pending case in high court

Greetings, I had a query regarding my case. I had filed writ petition related to service in High Court. My case is connected to a another case of same nature and both cases are under a single lawyer. I want to change my lawyer now. So it is possible to change my lawyer as my case is connected with other or Not. I heard that i can't disconnect the connected case by changing the lawyer Please do reply Thanks

first if u want to change lawyer u have to take no objection certificate from u lawyer ,than u change u lawyer and if u case is same nature than it is connected is other for that u have to file application before high court

Q: Sister in law troubling and threatening

We are from middle class family have one handicapped brother(eldest). After much struggle we managed to find a suitable match for him. Girl from a poor family.Considering the situation of girls family my parents decided to do the wedding in simple way, we didn't take any money or didn't allow them to spend any in marriage.This girl is also handicapped.since the day she has come she has been lying continuously to all of us we could find many contradictory statements, moreover she has been playing divide&rule in my family continuously trying to separate all my family members.we all could see that she is after our money.the time she got married she was pregnant already to that also she recited the whole story and aborted the baby in her house thereafter threatening my brother that she will file a police case against my family and police will listen to her since it is very common in India that mother in law torture daughter in law, hence we will be behind bar. What can we do, pls help!

u file complaint against u sister in law in domestic violence case in police station. in domestic violence act husband has equally right to file complaint case .against women . simultaneously u file application in parivar paramarsh kendra in u local city as well sp office

Q: Ex-girlfriend filed case section 66 in cyber cell for hacking fb id

I was is relationship with girl since 2011 . In between time she cheated me once with another boy and asked me to forgive her in 2013. As I was really In love with her I gave her a chance . In 2014 I cleared gov exam and leave city for my joining. But on 2016 I found that she cheating me since 2014 with another boy who was her neighbour on that time. Later she accepted and that boy accepted too they both cheated me but girl never wanted to leave me .she said me to forgive her again last time. But I was unable to forgive her that time. But she said atleast give some time to me I will win u . Don't leave me.as I was also unable to leave her I been in her contact. Later on 2017 starting she send her mother at my home with marriage proposal. But no ans given by us. After 2 days I msg her yes for marriage but she off her mob.i opend her Facebook account and msg her fb frd to call her with home no. Given at msg.as I can't call. After some day she complain at cyber cell for id hack 66c.guide

in cyber crime case section 66c punishment is more than 3 year and 100000 rupees fine . traible by session judge special court.in this case u have to proof that the girl was involve with anther boy. and u did not make fake id

Sir Me MP kaa rhene wala hu. mera abhi MP police me selection ho gaya hai keval Doc Or police verification hona baki hai. magar 10 saal phele mere upar ek 324 354 or kaa case mere padosi ne kar diya tha.magar 2 din baad hi unhone court me shamjota kar liya tha. or usi din case khatam ho gaya tha sir. aap bataye ki kya job me koi problem aa sakti hai kya sir. police verification me please help me sir. mere pass kuch hi din hai...me or kya legal acction le sakta hu abhi plz help me sir

iske liye apko jo court me samjhota hua hai uski certified copy nikalwana padega .agar apke pas case number ho to asani se ho jaye ga. iske bad police thane me court order ki copy pesh kar .cherector certificate banwana padega .
