NO.aap 30 days baad kisi ko bhi cheque bounce ka legal notice nhi bhej skte.but cheque me yadi date 3 months nhi hua hai to us cheque ko dobara bank me laga kar bounce karaye aur fir legel Notice bhej skte hai.

On 26th June 2017,For procuring Quartz ( a kind of mineral stone, used in steel plant as supplementary raw material) an advance of Rs 25000/- given to a party via online transfer to party bank accounts. Party is well known. but party has not supplied any material. After long discussion over phone, he agreed to return back my advances, Now he is not taking my phone calls even new numbers. I felt that party has cheated me. Kindly help us whether we can recover the money from him under which section of law.

Jab tak aap ye nhi bataoge ki complain karne wale kaun hai.Tab tak aapke case me jyada achchche se advice nhi de paunga .Aur aapko yadi lagta hai ki police ne Supreem court ke guide line follow nhi kiye hai to.Aapki mrs ko nhi balki aapko police ka complain krna chahiye.Police ke against koi bhi pidit person complain karta hai.Aapke against 354 IPC AUR Pasco act lga hai.To aap hi apna deffence kare.Aur kuchh jyada advice chahiye to aap mujhe mail ya fir meeting kar le skte hai

Sir,I have made a agreement for purchase of a plot with Mr X.The agreement mentions name of land lord and Mr X.Mr X has taken initial amount of Rs 100000/. through check.The agreement was for three months which is over long back.He has not submitted the papers required for registration.Since agreement period is over how I can get my amount with interest back in post RERA era or through consumer court.I am Hindu.
