Q: I have permission to install mobile tower but neighbors are hampering

I have completed all legal procedures and documentation from all govt authorities for mobile tower installation but neighbours are hampering the procedure what are my legal options?

In fact no one such as sometime your neighbors would like to see your happy and prosperous ... any way , if you have the legal permission you can start the constructions or let it be allowed to construct. no one can enter into your premises

Is it illegal to modify a house by breaking it in a colony where all the houses are same and when a neighbour is against it?

There may be society's bylaws for the same, whereas, we have to see what conditions are imposed in the sale deed thereby, we can decide whether we can construct/ modify the house and if it's then to what extent

Q: Joint name property problem what to do

Hello sir, I have a shop on the name of my father and my aunty,and in this shop we r doing business from last 50 year.curruntly my aunty said to lock the shop.is they can do this.

without delay immediately proceed to the court for grant of interim injunction and claim on the basis of your possession you have to frame the story that, your father has invested the money and your aunt was no source of income at that point of time when the property was purchaged .

Q: What to do in case if possession of plot not provided

If a sell deed is done for a plot and builder dosent provide possession of bungalow as per agreement time schedule is it mandatory to continue with the project or can we ask rera for cancellation

Yes you can . In case you find the dilevery is not within time and your have sufficient documentation in this regard, you can go for Relief in RERA. The types of relief you can opt in RERA in Bhopal MP.

Q: Clarification on claim of share by uncle in mother's property

My father had buy a property on my grandfathers name, my grandfather has already pass away, and also my father has already pass away, after my father death, we have already transferred this property to my mothers name, transferred document has already signed by my Uncle, we pay property tax on my mother name, my question is that can my uncle claim on that property is it legal.

Yes in case the property is transferred from your grandfather to your mother name, your uncle may have rights, even if you pay the taxes. For this you are required to get it transferred in your name at earliest
