Dear sir i want to know that what is the time limit to file a police case.. opposite party has filed a case against us...... and 10 days has passed... is there is any way to file a police case...please solve my problem

File a case against the persons in written with the concerned police station if they refused to file u can file a private complaint before the court the court be take the initiative and in finnding ur complaint ligible



Q: Regarding in absentia relieving from govt. duties on medical leave.

Sir/Madam, i, Dr. Arvind Rana is working as medical officer in Govt. Of HP from last more than 07years, I was gone on informed casual leave for 03 days to Delhi, there is suddenly felt ill during same peroid, information about my illness is send to my Boss, in between my transfer orders came from Secretary (Health) but even after knowing about my ill health, he relieved me from duties due to political pressure but coincidently my transfer orders was stayed by Govt. and after becoming medically fit when i resumed my duties as per stay orders he refuse to accept my joining on the ground that iam already relieved in absentia, Now my question is can a class -one officer or anyone can be relieved in absentia even when is is under medical rest from Govt. Hospital.??? further if any reference is there regarding above cited issue please send link Regards Dr.Arvind Rana
