Q: Can suit be filed on food company for providing poor quality product

I purchaed 10 kg of atta from a reputed brand and found worms in it. Can I sue the company in court for providing the substandard product?

There are two options : 1) File a complaint to District Food Inspector with samples.2)Also you can file complaint to consumer forum for Damages. For this you must have original Bill of purchase and first of all you have sent legal notice.

Q: Father of accused threatening to kill my brother for filing an FIR

my brother has filed an FIR against three people who attacked him at his shop and now father of the accused threatened to kill my brother

No problem.... Just write a application to the Commissioner and mention the FIR no. Also write ...Ur life is in danger. Rest police will do. They will lodge another FIR or put him in present FIR. Or must consultant with ur lawyer for better way.

Q: How to get decision copy from the court

sir i want to receive a decision copy of a case which was admitted in 1996. sir but I forgot the date of decision how i can get that decision copy?

1st. ..Do u know the case title?2nd....Do u know from which court the case has been decided???If u know all these things then it will be possible for u ( That's only 25%)It is better ..U must hire a Lawyer.

Q: Can notice under 47A of stamp act be issued and served after 3 years

My Query is that : Whether Notice under section 47A of the stamp Act can be issued and served after 3year from the date of Registry? Whether Notice can be issued without mentioning the date of Notice? If SDM is not ready to accept direction of High court then what is our right.

Thats called LIMITATION. Under Limitation Act, registry is challengable under DC, SMD, Tehsildar etc. for three years. After three years, it comes under Civil Court. It only happens when there is any deficiency of stamp paper brought by you. Date of Notice not mentioned is clerical mistake. For High Court,you can file a application for not following the direction.

Q: Is it possible to get married without letting parents know

I want to get married to my longtime boyfriend in India I live in abroad on a work visa. I am coming for 18 days can I get married to him without letting our parents know about it.?

Of course you can. Once the boy or girl attains the age of majority and are able to take decisions byself ...they can do.if you both are of same religion that would be very very easy and if you both are from different religion then conversion is must for any of the party.
