Just had a small doubt as to what are the chances of conviction in a Domestic Violence case where wife has used same allegations that were used in 498a in which husband and his family have been acquitted sue to lack of evidence and proper supporting documents for the allegations made by wife.

Q: Mutual consent divorce did't able to turn up for appearance counselin

What will happen if both parties didn't turn up multiple times in court for counselling appearance due to some or the another issue. Does court auto cancel there petition or it will still go on.

Q: Can I avoid first appearance in cheque bounce case against me in court

20 lakh cheque bounced from my company.We received summon from mumbai magistrate court. Our company ready to pay 10 lakh before first appearance. Otherside advocate accepted to received 10 lakh now and balance 10 lakh before second hearing and agreed to file memo before court in the date of first hearing to get exemption of our company director's appearance on first hearing. Is it possible to avoid personal appearance in the first hearing in mumbai andheri magistrate court???

i had deal with a person , he just gave me 50% amount and he said remaining amount he will not give. there was no bond or agreement between us , it was oral face-to face deal. So if i have a audio or video clip about the details of deal, is it possibe to claim money from him through court. Will court accept audio or video clip as a proof?
