Q: Contested Divorce And Maintenance Case

My wife filed for divorce case u/s 13 1 (ia) and after 3 months she filed for maintenance u/s crpc 125. Divorce case is referred to mediation. Can I ask court to combine both the cases? Can I ask court to send maintenance case also to mediation? How long does it take for court to decide on whether maintenance needs to be given? Is there any strategy to reduce maintenance amount? She is BCOM graduate but not working.. Tx

Sir, File Memo before the court referring the matter for mediation, there you put forth all your views including maintenance & if accepted by other party they will draw memorandum agreement on the terms agreed before the regular court and the court after ascertaining from you will pass orders & Decree the case.

Sir, file a caveat petition with regard to your property dispute through an Advocate either at Mayo Hall civil Cout or at city court complex & the fees is very nominal, that your advocate will inform you his fees.

Q: Action to be taken for harrassment

My sister is harrassed by his husband ...with there parents ..and subjected to do all the work said by there parents ...ot behaving in a right manner ...so as a brother or parent of my sister what we can do for this issue ..how to resolve this ...

File a complaint before the concerned police under Attracities Act, police will summon all the persons on whom complaint lodged & they will arrest them & produce them before the criminal court and file FIR against them and submit to appropriate court

Q: Husband Harrassing Wife

My sister who has married 1year ago ..from staring onwards her husband and his parents are harrassing my sister and treating her to do all the works useless works etc and her husband supporting his parents and making my sister to struggle ..so what we can do for this legally because we have tried all other things to convince them ..so plz tell me how to resolve this

Madam, pl.file a case under Domestic Violence Act narrating all the attracities , then appropriate action will be taken by the Hon'ble court, and thereafter if not settled file divorce case with the above reasons.

Sir, Appear before mediation for divorce case alone with your counsel and do submit with valid reasons under desertion, cruelty etc and ask for interim maintenance pending disposal of divorce case and later ask for one time alimony before the court in which case is filed and after hearing both parties and after orders will be passed
