Q: Amazon took my money but didn't deliver the product

I have ordered a SD card from AMAZON.IN worth RS 924..I was out of town when the delivery person contacted me and i said that i would collect the product after 2 days.Later i got a message that the product is successfully delivered. But neither me nor my family members took it. But AMAZON is not commenting anything on this when tried to contact them. So can i proceed legally for the injustice

what is the nature of injustice caused to you, whether the booking is on the prepaid basis or payment is to be made on the delivery of the product is payment is to be made upon receiving the product probably some body would have or the product is wrongly delivered

Q: FIR not registered by police what action can we take

What should be done if an FIR is not accepted in a police station. Which higher authority should we contact. Please elaborate on this. Thank you

the station house officer of the concerned police station refuse to accept the complaint or decline to accept, you can approach the inspector of police available in the station next to him comes the assistant commissioner of police and then the deputy commissioner of police to which division the offence is committed, you can get the phone numbers in the police station itself which is made available

Q: What is the procedure to correct the sale deed

I have purchased a site under Hoskote jurisdiction in 2006. The sale deed has an incorrect reference to DC conversion order which needs to be corrected. What is the process to correct that? Would also like to know appropriate reference to clause of the applied law. Regards, Santanu Ray

you can get it corrected by way of rectification deed to be registered before the jurisdictional sub registrar and that the person who executed the sale deed has to come forward the execute the rectification deed

Q: Harassment by in laws and husband for delivering girl child

I'm hindu and my husband has stop showing any interest on me and child I just gave birth to 4 month's ago. He was very much interested when I was pregnant but the day I gave birth to a girl baby on Jan 20th I saw him backing up and my father in law died on Feb 6th since then his character is changed drastically towards us. My in law's have insulted me and harassed me in every mode of my life in this 2 year marriage life 1 of his sister is very much behind me and my happiness she even tried to hit me when I was 8 months pregnant and made my husband through me and my baby out home at 9.45pm.

you can approach vanitha sahayavani situated at commissioner of police office and explain about the problems you are facing, the officers in the said office will help you in the matter further you may also file a petition for your need relief before the family court

Q: Husband wants to give divorce but I don't want to

Hi we are married since 1.6 yrs and my husband never wants to come home we stay alone without our inlaws.he alwyz saus stay at your moms place n never allows me to stay at his parenrts house too..he says he wants rest n sleeps at his parents home n never allows me to stay there..few months bck he had spoken to me bou mutual divorce which i dont want to give him..he said i want to stay in peace n will opt for judicial separation until divorce..but i dont want to give him divorce ..i want to stay with him.pls help. thanks
