Ans: The documents received by Public Information Officer of a public office can be used as evidence as per the Indian Evidence Act. There is no difficulty in using said document in support of your evidence

Ans: Yes. you can file a case for return of money on the basis of cheque against the person who has issued cheque in your favour. You can file civil case for recovery of money as well as the criminal case . But it can only be guided appropriately in the personal meeting in detail. It is not possible to advise only by query of one line.

Q: Need information regarding divorce process and alimony

Ans: You have not mentioned your religion in your question. However, considering that you are a Hindu married lady the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act are applicable on you and you can get divorce from your husband under the provisions of section 13 of the said Act. You can get interim alimony during pendency of the suit under section 24 of the said Act. You can get permanent alimony under section 25 of the said Act. For this you have to file a suit before the concerned family court. This can be guided appropriately in personal meeting as to which place shall be appropriate for you.

Q: How to proceed with second bail application

Second Bail application is not putting up from last 12 dates from February to May, 2017. What should I do to puuting up my file.

Ans: This is the practical problem of the court. It appears the number of your case does not reaches due to paucity of time. In the event you can file application to take up the bail application If Rules allows so. In alternate you can make request to the court on the day when the case is listed on board . But only the counsel appearing in case can do this.

Q: How to initiate divorce proceedings on grounds of harassment

I am a 30 year old teacher by profession . I was married four months ago.the person I was married drinks smokes and abuses me . My father gave 5 lacs of money and lots of gifts and jewellery whatever they asked for. What would I have to do to divorce him ? Kindly suggest me if possible.

You have not mentioned your religion. If you are Hindu there is specific code namely Hindu Marriage Act. Section 13 of the said Act provides the grounds of divorce. Cruelty by husband is one of the grounds mentioned there in. On said ground you can take divorce from him. If you are Muslim then also you can file suit for divorce on the ground of cruelty before the family court. other advice can only be given after consulting personally.
