Agar kisi ne hamare family ke uper dowry prohibition ka jhootha case kiya ho as 498A,494,406,&120b to Ham sabko kaise save kar sakte hain. Is tarah ke case ka kya MATLAB hai.

Q: marriage not registered so how do i change my address after marriage

Got married in dec 14,husband from lucknow working in delhi. Have arya samaj marriage insisted by in laws.after marriage i gave NOC to my father in law to add my name in ration card.he said we dont have ration card.we dont use it. Is dis his valid reason to give..is it not important to add my name in my in laws family..lmy marriage is also not registered till date after repeated requests by me nd my family. Is ration card name entry not important in lucknow.have i requested something wrong... what about my identity nd voting righr.what to do.what would be my permanent address.

firstly you registered your marriage because in such circumstances if ur in laws and also your husband deny your marriage so wherever you are proof that your marriage is legal and you are legally wife of him and also daughter in law .so I suggest you are consultate the advocate with you future best

Q: wife cheating on husband case

i have caught my wife cheating on me. I caught a phone which she used to keep contact with a guy. We had a severe fight after which our respective parents have been called. We were unable to find a solution to the problem, hence i decided to keep her away for some time. Its been 5o days since she went her home. Now she and her parents want a compromise. Can i obtain her confession and terms of compromise on a judicial paper which, if required, can be used by me. I dont wish to give her any alimony and she has threatened me to file a domestic violence case,if no compromise is made.

If you and your wife will compromise to each other so u don't worry firstly you will tell your wife in one condition you are agree to compromise with her if your wife sign the agreement paper which is done by you and this paper whatever you will want to her you written as and also in presence of advocate

Q: I do not agree to live with my wife despite a court order to do so

18 month ago we get love marriage , but after 7 day of marriage we have daily suffer with problem 7- 8 times our family try to slove the problem but i am fedup and now I am not aggree to live with my wife I am aggree to stay in jail but not aggree to stay with her. so if court order me to stay together and i did not want to accept it so what is the punishment or fine for me.

If u r not want to live with your wife so you are not to worry at all this is your own decision to live with her or not no body can stop you and also judge will be not apply to fine and any punishment against you so be calm and advise or consultate the advocate to your better future and also your case
