hi, apply for pahani and ROR proceedings before MRO under RTI ACT. they will supply you all the details pertaining to ur survey number. the charges will be nominal only. By obtaining such documents u can proceed legally.
Q: Occupied our land using power and money
We have position certificate and protection from district collector 10y back.ow someone trying to occupy that land.And they registered the land using power and money. And the registration done 1 month back only. Govt officials are not helping us because otherside were powerful. Any suggestions

u can file suit for injunction restraining them from interfering in your peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. u have to produce evidence relating to ur ownership and possession before the court.
Q: Car parking not provided as per regd sale deed
I purchased semifinished 3bhk flat in 2015 and builder completed and handed over to me in 2017 after full payment made by me. Car parking as mentioned in saledeed 80 sft was not provided so far either by the builder or the association. I let out it for rent. None of the flats has been marked car parking so far. They are parking their cars at available space in rhe cellar. Now I want to sell it but none is interested since no car parking was allotted. Please guide.

u can file suit for specific performance of contract and ask him to provide car parking as agreed in the sale deed. Part performance which left by the builder will be fulfilled by filing above suit. discuss further to proceed forward.

Neighbors not allowing the free flown of my vehicles into the lane where I reside. They are parking the bikes and cars in sucha way that I am unable to move out easily. Need help in this matter what I can do tonsolve this issue legally and permanently.

hi, u can restrain them by filing suit for injunction, by showing ur easement rights. evidence should be produced before the court regarding ur easement rights. u will get temporary injunction until permanent injunction is granted.
Q: Grandfather want to give ancestral property to mother how to get it
My grand father has a property and lands which he got from his parents. My grand father has 2 daughters(my mother and her sister).my grand father is with us and my mom and dad are looking after him in his old age. My grand father wants to give little more share in property to my mom n dad as he with them. My grand father has written registered deed for few of his properties to my dad n mom. Now my mothers sis and her son is unhappy as the property is not equally distributed. 1) my questions for some properties we have regestered deed from my grandfather. Now will my cousin (mother sisters son) has any right to disturb the registered will after my grand father goesoff? How do we safe gaurd the property which he wants us to take. ? I heard they have one third share in all his properties is that true? What do u suggest us. Please advise
