Q: 138 matter got bail by police on 10k security what to do now

dear sir/madame i am from lucknow city and i received bailable warrant u/s 138 ni act in which the police gave me bail from police station and adviced me to appear in court on the date fixed for hearing.please advice will i have to again apply for bail in court even after i have been given bail by the police?whats the best step i should take?the police gave me bail on personal muchalka of 10000 taken by my brother.police inspector says now i wont have to take bail again in courti only have to appear on the date fixed but some lawyers say i will have to again apply for bail in court.please advice whats the best step to be adopted?

No, you are not required to but if after getting bail if you​ avoid to appear before the court concerned on the due dates then a non bailaible warrant will be issued and such action lands you in jail

Can be apply sec.5 limitation act. In 138 NI act.

Question of limitation is already specified under NI act inder section 142 hence limitation act is not applicable here the bearer should send a notice through advocate at the earliest possible date of knowledge

Sir. I am ex Sgt Rajesh Srivastava discharged from Indian air force after. Fulfilled terms & condition of engagement in low medical category CEE as affective psychosis diagnosis. I got no medical pension and getting service pension. Either appeal at Air force record office they denied. As per latest decision of aft Lko for a decision of a sqn LDR all defence LMC person will get medical pension either discharge due to service or own request. I should file a case or write letter to Air Force Record Office New Delhi. Thanks and regards. An early reply is expected

Sir, In view of the facts as stated, it is prominent to inform your senior about the desision of the regional bench Lucknow by making a detail representations before them and if they do not reply to your representations, you may prefer a case before the Tribunal within 30 days from the date of serving representations

It is a hardh reality that these builders never make any assignments complete on time and in that manner the central governement upon the advise of the Supreme Court has make an act of real state act for these kind of defaulters and in that case the procision for making an FIR is also given no issue for such messed up situations call you rights and take proper action.
