dear sir/madame i am from lucknow city and i received bailable warrant u/s 138 ni act in which the police gave me bail from police station and adviced me to appear in court on the date fixed for hearing.please advice will i have to again apply for bail in court even after i have been given bail by the police?whats the best step i should take?the police gave me bail on personal muchalka of 10000 taken by my brother.police inspector says now i wont have to take bail again in courti only have to appear on the date fixed but some lawyers say i will have to again apply for bail in court.please advice whats the best step to be adopted?

No, you are not required to but if after getting bail if you​ avoid to appear before the court concerned on the due dates then a non bailaible warrant will be issued and such action lands you in jail

Question of limitation is already specified under NI act inder section 142 hence limitation act is not applicable here the bearer should send a notice through advocate at the earliest possible date of knowledge

Sir. I am ex Sgt Rajesh Srivastava discharged from Indian air force after. Fulfilled terms & condition of engagement in low medical category CEE as affective psychosis diagnosis. I got no medical pension and getting service pension. Either appeal at Air force record office they denied. As per latest decision of aft Lko for a decision of a sqn LDR all defence LMC person will get medical pension either discharge due to service or own request.
