Q: wife fighting with me & my family & asking me to leave my parents.
I got married in feb 2018 however my In-laws are continuously calling my wife for n number of times daily still things are going okay as i never thought it will impact me in future. Now in 2020 my wife is continuously pressurizing me to leave my parents by saying "i will never do anything for your parents & I don't want to leave with them" & my In-laws are also teaching her to do so (My in-laws are also not live with there parents they have also done same thing at in there life & this is what my wife learned in her previous life ). my wife continuously fighting with me or my parents she threatens us many times for suicide sometimes court & law. It looks like she is not understanding what she is doing she just want to live her life her own way. I just lost my job so I cannot take her to any other place so she says take money from parents i said if we are not going to take care of them why should we ask for there money & now she fighting on this. less space to tell more details here!

Bought bike@ 1.36L in June 2019. Within a few weeks, started facing abnormal air leakage through tyre. Ran to service center multiple times and got replaced.Around after 3 months, bike's engine seized in middle of highway while riding at 90kmph in right lane( regular service done as per schedule).Went to service center. They opened engine and replaced half of parts.Now, started facing vibrations and engine noise issue. Went 2-3 times again and noise problem was fixed. But vibration problem still there. + Bike was abnormally consuming engine oil- engine would've been seized again if not paid attention.Visited service center multiple times. Now, after multiple complaints they're calling me again, 5th time this month. Service center is not helping, neither ASM gave satisfactory response with regards to replacement of the vehicle.Q: Engine seized in mid-highway, who'll take responsibility of life?Plus, issues since beginning.Can I file case in consumer court for replacement?

I think their is some serious issues with your bike. Yes, we can file a complaint in consumer forum against deficiency in service provided by the company and against the dealer for compensation and refund of the money you already paid for the bike.
Q: Employment bond related issue with cheque
Sir I joined a Pvt company, they forced me to sign a bond of RS 200000 on the stamp of RS 50 and take a cheque of RS 200000 in lieu of it from my salary account. But now I want to switch the job. I have not get even a single rupee from there side till now

For this we need to file the writ petition in high court, We have to take the directions from the high court,for how much time they have signed the bond with you and how much time is left ? In which city the you are working ?
