How long does it take for a divorce to happen by mutual consent of both the husband and the wife. IN this regard is the wife entitled to alimony.

If the question is based on mutual consent in terms of Hindu Marriage Act, then a mutual divorce application ought to be filed and after six months waiting period the said divorce will materialise if the parties still cannot reconcile and save their marriage. if reasons are exceptional then as the discretion of judge, the 6 months waiting period can be reduced or waived.wife is entitled to Alimony.
Q: Can police take under custody while apply for regular bail.

once a person is granted anticpatory bail only sureties have to be furnished. the law is clear anticipatory bail encompasses protection from detention from the period of sureties being furnished upto completion of trial before the competent court. the bonds may be changed time to time. custody is differently worded from detention. detention in jail is not permissible after anticipatory bail. no regular bail required after the anticipatory bail granted.
