Q: Mutual divorce Is it important to wait for 90 days for re-marriage

My Second motion (final statement recorded) done on 03/08/17 .After this the court give us time to judgement on 11/08/17 . On 11/08/17 the judgment passed by judge . Now I want to know that when court grant me decree ? The date of passing judgement and decree will be same or different? Is it must to wait for remarry in mutual consent Divorce for period of 90 days? If I remarry with before 90 days then what problem can be happen?

SirMutual consent divorce decree passed by Court judgement dated and after anytime remarriage any party. And and not compulsory 90 days limitation 90 days limit only matrimonial other divorce case n****** mutual consent cash

श्रीमान जी आप दोनों की शादी को4 साल हो गए हैं और इन वर्षों में आप ने अपने परिवार को मैनेज किया है और आगें भी कर सकते हैं। आप दोनों को तलाक़ मिल सकता हैं अगर आप दोनों तलाक़ के लिये सहमत है तो हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अंतर्गत आप तलाक़ ले सकते हैं आप के निवास स्थान के परिवार न्यायालय य जिला न्यायालय में केस करके इसमे 6 माह के समय के बाद तलाक़ की डिग्री मिल जाती हैं

Q: Dishonor of cheque due to mistake of bank employee what to do by law

I have my saving account number is 910010031129289 at axis bank civil lines sagar branch sagar M.P. This is a case of Wrongful dishonor due to negligence or by mistake of bank employee. Bank had issued a Cheque Return Memo of dishonor of cheque due to insufficient of fund without discovery the forgery of the signature. Mr. Satish kesharwani S/o shri Uma kesharwani had stolen my cheque and put forged signature on it and produce the same for payment. The concern branch without discovery the forgery of the signature issued a cheque return memo of dishonor of cheque due to insufficient fund. Rather than being treated as a victim, I began to feel like the criminal as he had filed case > of 138 and continuously blackmailing me . When I inquired from the bank about dishonor of cheque they donot have any record of this cheque and they are telling me that none of my such cheque got dishonoured. What can I do now??

Dear Aap apne pass ke sp ko complent kare our complent ki received apne pass rakhe our jo case aap par ni act 138 ka laga hai usko face kare . Case me hi apko defence milega our fake signature prof kare .

Q: Can I appeal against ADJ court judgement of 2012?

I'm a Hindu.my case was disposed off by adj,Bhopal in 2012,but I couldn't manage appeal in high court,Jabalpur due to financial crisis because of my wife's cancer. What can i do now,sir.
