• My father died on 25.2.1967 and mother on 29-10-2017. • We are 4 sisters only(legal heir). 2 of us are married and living with family in delhi and barielley respectively. • one is divorced (Sister A) and another unmarried (Sister B) (were living with my mother). ok • 4 months back a notarized (unregistered) will made in may, 2000 came to light in which she has made sister A and B only beneficiary of the property. (5 acres of Agriculture property). • They have filed an application in tehsil for transfer/mutation in their name. • The property is ancestral. You will have to challenge th will as it is not registered. As it is unregistered will they will have to get probate from the district court. Until that mutation is not possible. So raise the objection and challenge the will.

Sir, I was in relationship with a guy for 1 year and we had a sexual relationship we both wants to get married but his family is against to it. Now he is not too accepting this relationship. My family got to know about this and they filed FIR for cheating me but his family still not ready due to intercaste(Baniya and Rajput).for this they pay 8lakhs for us and said close this matter on 26 April 2018. Sir,I am pregnant of 1 month .Before this decision of his family to get separate I don't know about my pregnancy what should I do?

I am Hindu Male married in 2002. I have a 12 year old daughter living with her mom. My wife is working in Haridwar , living with her parents. I used to visit to her on weekends. But from last one year we have not met & she is not allowing for me to even talk t my daughter on phone as she claim I had physical relationship with one f the ex staff who is no more working with me & one of my school time friend has told her & she has phone recording as proof. Yesterday my parents went to her home but she refused and said she wont go for a divorce & nor live with me. I am 42 years old living with my parents. I am getting approx 50k monthly & she is getting approx 38 k monthly.If i will file a case she said she will ask for alimony , a part of parental property. 1. What should i do & 2. dear sir as you have mentioned that your wife is working and she is capable to earn for herself. Just keep bank details of your wife so that you can have a good defence you will just have to pay for maintenance of your daughter if court orders for that she cannot claim and she will not get any share from the property

Dear dear sir you have not mention that in which state your brothers wife has registered the case 4 better guidance I need the FIR copy if FIR has been registered and charge sheet if it has been submitted to the court you all need to produce yourself before Court and get bail out.
