Q: Regarding mutation or transfer of the property

Hi.I have a property of 200 gaj of my maternal grandfather .. according to his will now my grandmother is the owner of property. Now she wants to transfer the property in my name (my mother is adopted).........but only 62 gaj property is mutated out of 200 .. how is it possible because i have registry of 200 gaj with 65 years chain... kindly suggest what to do in this case..how to do registry in my name or mutation done the whole property in my name

Dear firstly you execute Transfer deed on your name of hole Land after that you file Application before Registrar for Entering Mutation on your name of hole land, If they refuse than file civil suit with old record before civil Judge



Q: Original sale deed of previous agreement is not available

Respected madam/sirI am going to purchase a property but the owner does not have previous chain of original sale deeds. He has only one between him and the old seller. Should I buy the property, will it be any problems or consequences for me in future from old sellers of the property. Is there any solution to it.Regards

Dear don't Worry if you not satisfy than you demand Revenue record from seller and you also check Possession and Mutation in the name of seller in Revenue record, Unless you told to seller that he will apply for certified copies of old sale deed in Registrar office



Q: Commerical Property registration confirmation

Hi,I am purchasing commercial plot from first owner who has not registered his plot with the builder. He has sale deed agreement and possession letter dates 2017. The first owner claims to get his ownership transferred to me from builder after payment of complete money. Please confirm is this possible. Will get plot registration rights after he gets plot transferred in my name?
