Q: Wife filed divorce case in Bhopal Can she now transfer case to Delhi
My wife filed a divorce case on me in BHOPAL family court.(her home town) Now, as she is living in NOIDA and I am in DELHI. Can I give petition to transfer the case in Delhi or in Noida to avoid the wastage of time? Is this possible?

HiYes, why not you can transfer your case from Bhopal to Delhi by way of filling petition in supreme Court. Question: My wife filed a divorce case on me in BHOPAL family court.(her home town) Now, as she is living in NOIDA and I am in DELHI. Q: How can I get duplicate copy of death certificate.
My husband died in Nov 2010 after marriage of 6 months and I left my in laws home post that. Now they refused to share my husband death certificate with me. I need the death certificate for some legal paperwork. please advise how can I get duplicate copy of death certificate.

I filed domestic violence and maintenance case in indore district Court on my husband and in law's. At present I am living with my children at my parents house in indore. After this my husband file divorce case in Delhi family Court. Now my question is how can I get intrim maintenance for me and my children's. I am not working?

Dear sirs, I am a foreigner (from Europe) who married Indian in 2014. I left India to my country after half of year and stayed home for more than a year due to baby delivery. Could my husband divorce me without my presence? We married by Hindu marriage act in Delhi, I was converted to Hindu. If no Is it possible to apply for divorce from my country without going to India? Can I seek for any alimony and child support in this case? Thank you
