आपने यह नहीं लिखा कि आप के खिलाफ जो एफ आई आर दर्ज हुई है उसमें पुलिस ने कोर्ट में किस प्रकार का नतीजा पेश किया है आप के हक में एफआर दी गई है या आप के खिलाफ चालान पेश किया गया है। यदि आप के खिलाफ चालान पेश किया गया है तो आपको संबंधित हाई कोर्ट में धारा 482 दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता के तहत पिटिशन पेश करनी चाहिए कि आप के खिलाफ रंजिश वास तथा काउंटरब्लास्ट में दर्ज करवाई गई f.i.r. रद्द की जाए जिससे आपको राहत मिल सकती है तथा आपके खिलाफ पुलिस में दर्ज हुआ रिकॉर्ड भी रद्द हो जाएगा जिससे आपको सरकारी नौकरी में जाने के लिए कोई बाधा नहीं आएगी यदि ऐसा नहीं होता है तो सरकारी नौकरी में पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन में कठिनाई आ सकती है।
