My bro, a police officer gt married to his fellow officer on 10th Sept/2015.They gt introduced to each other in their training period & gt maried as per special marriage act.Frm beginning ,she used to insult my bro and my mom as we r bengali muslim and she s assamese muslim.She even insulted my bro dat he s not fit to b police officer.she don't want to live wd my mom.So many cruelties towards d family.She left our house on 25thAugust/2017 on trivial issues.On 8th Novmber/2017she gt arrested for job scam(whenever she was asked abt d incident as news papers were publishing her controversies,she used to denied)& gt bail on 7th October/2018.My bro went to meet her at her father's place but she didn't meet.Some common frnds also meet her and discuss d matter.She says she wl neither return nor wl divorce him.Now d matter is pending.Many times we went to discuss d matter to solve on mutual consent.She nd her family s not willing.They say dt they won't allow my bro to have a peaceful life.

well, if you can prove the curality done by the wife towards the husband than you can file divorce at any time. it is not necessary whether the wife is willing to give divorce or not, the husband or any party can always claim divorce if there is proof of curality of any kind.moreover it seems you have some good grounds as per your details in your question which will definitely help you get divorced.Hope that answer your question!!!

Q: Change of religion in respect of pension

My father has been drawing defence pension since late 70s ,now he is around 80 years old, off late we came to know that he is a Hindu, but we as his children were born and bought up in Muslim community, my mom was also a Muslim. Now for live certificate we have to approach to the bank in the month of November, some documents were found that he had converted to Islam during 80s,but did not inform the concerned department. Can you please let me know if it is possible now to do the procedure.

well your father can correct the situation by swearing an affidavit stating that he had converted to Islam on such and such date out of true will and faith upon the Islam religion. And his name was Mr. X before conversation and later he came to be known as Mr.Y, so Mr. X and Mr.Y is the same person having single identity. Than you can submitt the affidavit to the bank with an application formally. The bank might demand some other documentary proof which you can submit and process the matter.hope that answers your question!!!

I want to file divorce as things are not going good between us, from last 6 months i am not even staying at home with her. how can i file a divorce now and what are the fees related with it. if you want divorce than you should have valid ground if not you shall have to wait for one year of leaving your wife. Or you can go sariyati and leave a talak notice through a Kazi signed in presence of one witness.

check with their term or disclaimer notice which is provided somewhere in the website. they must have their conditions otherwise they cannot make a sale. moreover the website has their own policy for safety of online purchase make by customer. if they are not doing as committed than you can go for a consumer case if you have proper proof of purchase that too in your own district court. hope that answers your question.

Q: Bike accident by someone else but bike was mine

Sir, I have brought a 2nd hand bike from one person but he did not transfer his Rc officially..one day a boy take my bike and he hit a man unfortunately the man died... The bike has no insurance . My question is that is I am liable for this case..and is it claim upon me?

All the three are criminally liable in different sections of law. The liability to compensation shall be upon the registered owner if there is no insurance covery of the bike. Moreover liability to pay may shift partially depending upon the handling and conducting of the case.
