Q: Where should I file divorce case

My wife basically resident in Distt.Bundi in Rajasthan State. Presently me & my stay in ludhiana city in punjab state.During very long time has not been settle the understanding between me & my wife. Daily basis my wife create a some issues regarding told a some problems.Please advise me which state hire a advocate for divorce application process in courts.

Hiii. ..according to sec.19 of HMA petition for divorce can be filed where 1.mariage was solemnize. 2.where parties lastly reside together3.and where respodent is residing at the time of presentation of petition .so in ur case you may file case at Ludhiana or at bundi.

Q: I file for divorce and husband never appears on date how to complete

I am living separate from my husband from last 2 years. We were never be in touch with each other and we had a married relation of 3 years. Between our marriage time we never like each of one and very often we had argument. 2 years back we filed the divorce with mutual understanding but now when we have our hearings he never appeared in front of judge. It looks like now he is ruining my life. From the last two years, some how my family managed to file the divorce 3 times. At the time of filing the case he agrees to give me divorce but when time comes he disagrees. Please advise me!!!

Hi...if your husband not agree for divorce by mutual consent than you have to file case under section 13 of HMA. On the ground of cruelty and separation.you have to prove your allegation in court than you can take divorce.

Q: Can we marry immediately after divorce?

my bf is married and has two kids. his wife is ready for divorce but he wants kids'authority. we want immediate marriage after divorce. is it possible? even my bf is applying for canada. he wants to take me with him. can these both process (divorce+visa apply) be started at the same time?

Hii...after taking divorce one can get mariage any time.your boy friend can get mariage with you immidiately after taking divorce from his first wife.if he wants to take you with him for caneda you should registered your marriage according to law.

Q: Is there any legal action taken if I don't pay Traffic challan

I received traffic police challan in December 2014 which is payable to DTO office . till now i have not pay it ... i was driving my friends jeep .. my that friend now not willing to pay challan is that any legal or court problem for me in near future .. even after a year i have not receive any notice

Hii...after receiving notice from public servant if u do not apear befor that public sevant than you may be punished u/s 174 of IPC.but in your case you have not received any notice so you are not guilty for time being

Q: Can a girls family threaten after cancelling engagement

i got engaged to a girl. later i came to know a lot of difference in her behaviour. i thought to call off the wedding and accordingly informed the family of the girl. we even gave them all the money for the expenditure. now they are threatening to file a case. what can we do

Hii...no one has right to compell you to get marriage against your wish.if parents of girl are threatning you to involve some false cases and interfaring in your personal life than you may file suit for permanent injuction reatraining the defendant to interfaring in your peacful .
