Q: My father is having extramarital affair and forcing my mom to divorce

Hello, I'm 23 year old and currently in the last year of my college study. My father is having an affair for almost 5 months now. Now, he is trying to get my mom to sign on divorce paper so that he can legally move in with the other woman. Yesterday when my father was at home and having bath the woman called up and i picked up and told her not to call. She called again and this time my mother replied not to call. She in return said that be ready and she will file a police case (don't know on what basis). When my father came out he got furious on me and told us to leave the house (my mom, brother and me). We want to seprate my father from that woman. What kind of legal action can we take?

Your mother can file adultry case against that other woman. Moreover your mother can file case under the provision of domestic violence against your father and that other woman to teach them a lesson for the worng, they are doing with your mother

Q: Partition suit file by grandson against Grand father

Suit filed by grandson against Grand Father about Partition of property.Plaintiff - Son of Deceased son of XDefendant - X ( grand father)X Party has 2 Son, one alive and one passed away. Son of deceased son has claims his right from her Grand Father and suit is pending in the court about partition, but Son of deceased son is construct the house in His Grand father's property without the permission.Can grandfather object about construction without his permission?

Q: Land was sold again by their nominee. But his father has sold.

There is one land which was buy in 1980 and register ed with sub registrar stamp. But no entry placed in land paper. It is only oob stamp paper. But in 2018. In is sold to another party and registered to his name . This land is for agriculture use but he is buying for commercial use. What can we do in this case?

Q: My husband wants to divorce me

After 4 years of marriage, my husband wants divorce from me. He has been forcing me gor divorce since 2 years and was very bad to me in this two years. I also have a 2 year old baby. He has been abusing me verbally and physically both. He humiliates me by making wrong stories about me being bad. His family n some friends has also been interfering and brainwashed him to leave me. He forces me to divorce and if i dont divorce him he will never keep me happy. I m muslim by religion. Is it possible to get free legal advice on divorce on my case and how much allowance money or alimony i can get if i get divorced by him? Also till the divorce process is going on will he pay me the allowances?

 I am from Nepal, who contact online astrology last year. I have shared my problem then asked if he can solve it. He told me he will fix it by worship method but it will charge. I had paid Indian Currency 31600 via bank transfer but after receiving cash he started to cut off call, massage. It's clear that I have been cheated. How can I claim my cash back when I don't know where and who is he. I just have his number and bank details. Plz help ... ... ..
