Q: Need to get divorce as i am living separate from 8 months

Dear Sir/ madam, What to do, my husband is not living with me, I had 2 daughter, 1 is with him and 2nd is with me, I take care for the 2nd daughter, but now I want to dissolve the same, Meanwhile in this period he had not help me in any way i.e. financially and all, says that do your own, So what can I do, I want to dissolve the marriage and I don't want any alimony from him.

Hello, He has to maintain you. He had to start earning. There has to be some source of income on which he is surviving. If not then the court will arrest him and put him.in jail Has your petition already filed.

Q: If marriage not registered than how to get divorced

If marriage certificate is not there , i mean if marriage is not registered yet is there divorce process compulsory? or any other option?

Hello, Having a certificate for marriage or not having it doesn't make a big difference in the process of divorce. One needs to have proof that they are married and that proof can be photo, wedding card etc.

Q: In-laws not ready to give belongings want maintenance for child

I m at my mother's place since 2 years, my in-laws have left me after I delivered a baby boy.My boy is 2 years stays with me.they don't even ask for him and not even provide financial support for him.My gold, clothes every stuff are with them.They are not ready to sort out anything.they are asking for a divorce, but not ready to give enough alimony nd my all stuff.even I've not got my babies birth certificate.Please suggest me what to do.I want my all my stuff and alimony to secure my baby future.
