Mu uncle and aunty living on the upper floor of our bungalow the main issue is they are continuously harass us, there gutter is broken and all the dirty water spilled on the ground floor and we are facing the problem, Second he Also doesn't obey the mutual consensus rules which we had done in the court he didn't make separate gate for his family. He is still using our gate and come here at our side to threaten us. He also using the techniques to hurt our properties so can you please tell me what should I do to teach him a lesson because he is also not obey the court proceed so, please explain me the steps where to complain whom to complain and what if police don't listen to us . Because it's very serious Matter . We have already case against him in the court but he is criminal minded so, please guide me to take steps.

Hello Sir/Mam, my husband is cheating on me i discussed the issue with our families then my inlaws ask me for a proof and they forced me to quit my job. i quit my job and started to collect evidence of cheating unortunately i got evidence in the form of chats i am having all the chats inn which my husband and that women have discussed about their physical relation also and many more. my child is of 4 years. what should i do ?

My two cases were pending in Ahmedabad metropolitan court since 20 years. Both are closed this month. I want charge sheet of these both closed cases for my personal record. Is it possible to get? If yes please suggest what is a procedure.

Q: Purchase product from e commerce website, delivered partial product

I have made purchased of two product and for purchasing I had asked them lots of question about product and price. After that I made payment for product and they delivered one item and other item is still pending and told them to give me call back to solve these issues and if they donot give me call back by today then I have to take some serious step against them but in reply they told that I have given threat to them and they are going to take action against me So weather they can take any legal action against me or can I take action against them.

Question is not clear. You have purchased thinfs online or from shop? Mode of payment , invoice and all required. If they failed to deliver a product to you you can initiate legal action against them.

Q: Can a consumer complaint be lodged for deffer ed quality product?

I have an Asus laptop which comes with 3 yrs of warranty. till I purchase this laptop it turns off and never start. I would sent it to service centre. They repaired but same problem happens again and again . Even I lost my product bill/ invoice. So I want to know that can I complaint against company or not?

In order to initiate legal action before consumer forum you have to keep all documents ready. Which includes bill/ invoice, reference no of repairing, job card of issue with laptop. If you lost the invoice you can get the same from seller. After that you can initiate legal action.
