Yes why not..... writ can be filed.... in punjab and haryana high court at chandigarh... challenging termination order against the management... concerned... but it should be as early as possible.....

Q: Can we get police protection if we elope and marry from our families?

I am a Sikh (the female) and want to marry a Hindu Rajput of Jaipur, we both are 18+. We earn and will have no problems. My parents don't approve of this match. My father is a man of contacts and has threatened both of us, if we even tried to contact each other. He even beats me up. I'm scared. If we marry by fleeing away, what all protection can we get by the legal system of India? and how can I protect myself and my husband-to-be from a father who wants to kill both of us, because his ego is hurt? Please help me with the guidelines, I need to be sure of my protection, before I marry him.

Yes sure why not.... Any adult couple is entitled to police protection if they are marrying each other against the wishes pf their families.... Their families cant restrain them if they want to marry each other

Q: Can i ask compensation for damages from accused in a criminal act

Is there any such law that if i look for an amount from a accused in lieu of damage happen to me because of his some crminal act, than i need to first deposit 6 percent of that amunt in court and if court does not found that amount valid somehow than court will kept my deosited amount?

There is law section 357 wch provides for compensation to victim.... if any loss is occurred due to any criminal act of others. ..... then obviously you can ask for compensation for the same.. . Under law..

Q: Can a wife take stay order when i want to sell the property?

i wish to sell a property which is in my name. but whenever i wish to my wife creates a dispute and gets a stay order. what all procedures do i have. can my wife do so? does she have any right on the property if all property is in my name

Definitely she would be having share but after your death. ... before that u r free from selling any property which belongs to you... she can take recourse to legal remedy to get stay order but chanced are bleak.....

Q: Police gave us meeting date now can I file a complaint against him

Hi I have filed a police complaint against my father-in-law for threatening me while I went to attend court-hearing. When I was in Police station my father-in-law came there. So Police official gave us meeting-date after 12days to settle down the matter. The second meeting also failed and now police has given me date of Friday 2PM. My father in law has not filed any complaint against me yet but I am sure He will bribe someone and will try to do it in back date. I want to ask what I should do. Is anticipatory bail in 107/151 can be applied? I am in doubt that bcoz its evening time.

Hello if police is not doing anything on your complaint theb in such a situation you can file seperate complaint against your father in law directly in the competent court of law I.e.before magistrate... mentioning all the facts mentioned in your application. ..
