Amount Rs 3.58 lakhs withdrawal by someone from my father in laws account through self cheque, and not filing F I R, although he went police station so many times.what will we do.

Complaint online. Then Go to police station once more. If they are not file FIR .cOMPLAINT TO SP . Then you can file complaint case in court against bank manager & unknown.

Hi, I am accused in a cheque bounce case. BUT THE SO CALLED CHEQUE HAS NEVER BEEN PRESENTED IN COURT AND COURT TOOK CONG. IS BASED UPON SECONDARY EVIDENCE. I.E. PRESENCE OF STATEMENT AND FIR ABOUT THAT SAYS THE CHEQUE IS LOST SOMEWHERE. This case is 8 years old due to my education out of India. Kindly suggest me whether I should go for a settlement or for a fight? if fight, on what basis.

Kindly suggest me whether I should go for a settlement or for a fight? if fight, on what basis.ResponseSir,As you told that CHEQUE IS LOST SOMEWHERE & complainant lodge FIR - This a a great ground to fight the case ,rest is depends on facts. many more things are not disclosed by you -Cheque given against which liability , when you received notice u/s 138 . What was your reply. you can also go for revision against order of Cognizance.

Q: how can i recover my money from my neighbor

had borrowed amount of 2 lakhs rupees for personal use from my nebiour,could not return the same till date,have returned a small amount also,no perticular time was mention in the stamp paper,now they are after my life and threatning in different ways also spoiling my image in my grand daughter's school even and even my younger sons nebiours who does not live with me and he has no concern in this matter,even she is provoking me to do suicide if I can not pay the amount in one go,as I have told her that I can only return u in part in parts but she is not agreed,she uses very abusive language.
