What is someone blackmails now with my nude pictures which was sent years ago and demands something out of it, this is very stressful and mentally affecting as could not be shared with anyone

It is severe. offence. your name is secerat one dont hesist Plz give complaint against that person immediately . your matter is come under I.T. Q: Rights of first wife and first wife's children

My father had a mistress and 2 children. My mother is his wife and has 2 kids Myself (a married woman) and a younger brother who is unemployed. My father passed away last month due to covid 19. My mother has Schizophrenia (which is a psychological problem) and she is 61 years old. My father has added his mistress as a nominee for an insurance. Do we legally get any benefit from government as he passed away due to covid19.. Can my mother apply for widow certificate or senior citizen certificate? We are taking care of the 2 step brothers. in this case in insurance your father nominate your fathers mistress as nominee .so you go to the insurance company to objection that insurance not given to that person you giving petition to that insurance company and also applying legal heir certificate to your father immidiately .so you onlys are legal heirs of your father so that company given that insurance amount to you if any problem araise you concerned with legal lawyers through law ratio

Q: How to file legal notice against bf who promised to marry?

I was in relationship for 2.5 years. He has promised to marry but now he is refusing because of caste issue. He knew it before that his parents will not accept intercaste marriage but haven't conveyed me about this issue. He stopped talking to me no response to my calls or msgs. I feel like cheated. He used me for his physical intimacy and mentally for 2.5 years in the promise of marriage. I approached his family they were verbally abusing me and spoiling my character. Almost everyone in his family verbally abused my character and supporting his mistake. Because of them i get suicidal tendency. They even doing gender discrimination (Boys will do the mistake and girls should be quiet). I have all the proofs of photographs ,some chats and some voice recordings. Q: Got married after exparte Divorce but bigamy case filed by first wife

My cousin (hindu male) got divorced on ground of Exparte since the girl did not attend the court during the proceeding. Since the marriage was failed he got married within 35 days after getting the exparte order as per advice from his lawyer (30days for exparty order). This all happened 3 years back and recently his first wife had put a case against him on adultery and bigamy ground . Is this valid ? pls assist

In this Case your cousin got full rights over his first wife .Because you got exparte degree And also his second marriage solemnized was valid under law the marriage was taken place after 35 day .If your marriage is taken place by after the suit was set asideIt should be wrongly on law . So the case against adultery, bigamy is wrong one .it is not valid at all so your cousin got full rights
