you may fail consumer complaint as well as file a civil suit . if it appears some cheating on part of them, you can file a criminal case also. it depends upon the terms of the party and you . for better advice it required document and between you and service provider .

Sir meine ek plot ka agreement kiya aur 2 lakh adv syahi pete diye. Baki 13 lakh ka payment 45 din me dena fix hua. Ab jab meine plot ki enquiry ki to mujhe pata laga yeh plot jisse mein agreement kar raha hu usne jisse kharida tha us admi ne kisi aur ko bhi power of attorney se becha hua hai. Ab kya mein seller se mere 2 lakh wapas le sakta hu ya nahi. Kyuki usne kisi ko nhi becha hai. Mera agreement bhi registered nahi hai. Kya mujhe 2 lakh adv k liye court se help mil sakti hai ya police se? Help me

You can get back your money. Even you can file an FIR against the both persons. The Court and police will also help you. You may meet to me personally with all the documents with you. There are so many ways to overcome the issue.

My mother obtained property (house and land) through her father. I (Kamla Sharma) have been residing with mother and have been taking care off her through out life. Not only me, beyond me my husband and three sons and one daughter also taking care off her time to time. Only son of my mother was not residing with her.
