Q: Maintenance case with out child

My husband doesn't want to give me a child, he wants to keep the child, he took the child from me by force, I can't live with him. Can't stomach he is not paying my expenses I want to file alimony case I need to know that, Can I do a maintenance case without the child?

Adv jay angel ,search it .There are many scam and crime happening n most of cases police encourage them for money they not only take from you but other side too . you should file complaint through court n make writ too gives my fb search there

i lodged a compalint on sep 2022 and was waiting to come to court and today on oct 2023 i got to know that the given next date is 11 nov 2024 and my P.P didnot informed me about 2 dates in sep 2023 bribed by my wife ,nor any notice served .what i can do to get a short date ...

Q: Subject is causing mental and physical assault to Victim

I have been into a relationship for past 2 years, got physically intimate and expressed the wish to marry him. However, from October 2022, he has been physically & mentally abusing me every time he gets drunk, which forced me to file GDE against him. He came to my locale and calls up my family saying that he will ruin them all. Now he is threatening to disclose our intimate pictures, file court case against me & my family, even after I made it clear that I will not be with him anymore. Help!!!

File FIR against him as soon as possible and narrate all ,they will surely help you .if police don't take action file Fir directly from court by lawyer and make a complaint also to cyber cell lalbazar against him so that he can arrest seven oo three o five seven five seven six it's a non bailable offence you will get justice
