Q: Can I file complaint against jewellers for giving low quality ring
Dear Sir, I had purchase a engagement ring for my wife which was on 2nd dec2015. The ring was purchase on nov2015. The ring was breaked very next day of my engagement. Now they are asking me for repair by adding more gold in it that means they had given me the poor quality of ring. Because of this thing i got harresed in my in laws home and my prestige in my in laws home got down. This thing is very frustrating. what should i do. Should i file a case or not? If yes then what is the prosidure.

Yes off course Take legal action against shopkeeper and file a casr in consumer court where u r living and where the instant was going .In the claim u have to mention each and every point in case matter and said all ur points and ask for extra claim with interest.Shop keeper has to pay u the full amount with interest.
Q: Boy promised to marry and now denying it I want to stay with him.
Boy promised me to marry and kept with me for 3 months. Thereafter he and his father asked me to leave the house. He maintained physical relation on the promise to marry. I am pregnant with his baby. He is asking me to terminate. What action can i take against him? I want to stay with him. I dont want to terminate the baby. He now not wiling to marry.

HeyThe relationship ur having is obviously illegitimate...but now the law has changed and u can file a case agaisnt the boy .The cases u can file is for cheating,rape, and also u can claim maintenance from the boy and his family for urself and for the baby.For that u will have to file case in court.

I had taken the services of an online portal. they promised to give me the services. but they dint and have charged me as well. they said they will refund the money in March but till date they have not. What should i do now?

Hi U can very well send the legal notice to the company claiming the amount along with interest and the chances wud be that company wud return the amount after serving upon the legal notice and if then also none action was taken by the company then u can file the recovery case i.e. civil case and also the fraud case in which company will face the penal consequences .
