To change the property in your name all other property owners have to gift their share to you by gift deed and register the same. You can then apply for change in municipal and all other records and utilities.

Q: Do i need permission from authors of books i used to make my software

i just completed my graduation and want to do business..I have developed one educational software using some books..I just referred these books and i have made my own software...should my software needs copyright permission from book's author ?

If your software is based on some other persons work you need his permission to market it. If you used it as an learning tool for yourself and if the software and the concept is your own creation you dont need any permission of the author of the book. You need to consider it before yoy market your projects.

Q: Can I remove the name of the owner without her consent

My mothers name is added as second name in my flat agreement just for her peace of mind. All payments are from me. In her absence as such her name will be removed. Is there any documentation required to be done when she is still around? She is 82 now. I have one married sister and no brothers. My wife is a nominee in agreement.

You cannot remove name. You can ask her to gift you her share. There is no necesssity of consent of your brother or sister. Your wife is nominated dies not make any difference till your mother is alive

Do Society have rights to not allow toilet in commercial space?I have a shop inside the society premises, I have paid their charges and they have given me the no objection certificate before I purchased / registered the shop, I am planning to start the clinic which requires toilet facility, do they have right to not allow me to create the toilet in my shop internally? Or do they have right to stop me to use the society common toilet which is being used by security people? they are asking me to not build the toilet and claiming that they will not allow use the drainage which is already there?

The corporation has the right to allow structural changes. The society can file complaint against you for breach of building permission and structural damage. It can sue you for nuisance for drainage line. The cannot stop you from using public toilet.

Q: how will mothers property be divided after death without will

after mother death who is the legal power of property (father) ? we are 2 brothers and 1 sister and father. we want to transfer the property of mother to one of the elder brother. some one told me the father will make a gift deed to the son or any one of the son or daughter to transfer the properth ownership as has the legal power after mother...? or we all 4 ( father, 2brother and 1sister) have to make a NOC to transfer the ownership of any one of us ? please suggest what will document we have to make ....

You all can make a release deed in favour of the brother and register the same. After registration get the ownership transferred in brothers name in all records of revenue corporation and utilities.
